Hi Everybody,

I've enjoyed reading some of your stories.  Wishing you all a Safe and Fun Filled Holiday Season.

Well, we are moved into our new home and IT'S ALL OURS!.  What a feeling.  It's GREAT.  My husband and I did all the packing and all the moving just the two of us and.............NEVER AGAIN!!!  It was cold with like tropical storm force winds.  It was nuts.  Plus I just had surgery and popped a couple of stitches lifting things I shouldn't have been and of which wasn't smart and oh so painful and gross.  I learned.

We have both worked our butts off flipping this house and though we still have tons of things to do, we can sit back now and take a deep breath and say WOW, our hard work has paid off.  We still have two bathrooms and three doors and our dinning room to paint....then I never want to see another paint brush again. 

We ripped out all the carpet in the entire house and "ourselves" put in hardwood flooring throughout.  Oui vey man, not easy and very time consuming.  Looks GREAT though. 

I didn't cook for Thanksgiving cause for one I can't find all my pots and pans yet.  LOL.  So we went out to eat.  Wasn't bad.  No dishes to clean.  Yeah.

Our daughter has settled in nicely and has had NO problems with sleeping in her new room TILL NOW two months later.  NOW she says she is scared and comes in our room at 4am.  Working on that issue.

We are doing one trip before Christmas up North, but then we are going to enjoy our first Christmas in our new home.  We are excited and plan to video tape our daughter this year opening up her presents.
