I love my job, it gives me a break from my kids!
If my first born DD was ever man handled the way she man handles her younger brother I would have fliped out. Just reminder her that in fact her brother is not a toy and to be gentle. Give her a sticker pack and let her decorate her little brother clothes or let her tell him a story. I would always remind my DD that babies aren't very fun and she'd have to wait until he got bigger to play. Good luck!

sticky mommy has a great idea. try that and if it works I'm going to tell my friend to try that too.Reminders that the baby is human and not a doll is always a good thing. Being gentle and loving is hard tasks for our wild 3yr. olds. best of luck.
