Oh my goodness....I'm so sorry to hear about all that. That is horrible and NOT fair. I hope they didn't fire you because you have to be on bedrest...that's not right if they did. The insurance thing...that's scary, hope that works out for you. Don't worry though...keep faith and it WILL work out. Take care of yourself!! Rest.

fired while pregnant...hmm...is that legal? what's the rationale?? get on the horn to a lawyer if you suspect it has to do with your condition!

What is the reason you were fired? Pregnancy is covered by the Americans with Disablities Act, and is covered by Family Medical Leave Act. I would get in writing the reasons behind your firing and possibly contact a lawyer because this could be illegal.

Oh and also, the SCHIP (states childrens health insurance program) in your state may cover your medical bills. This program covers unborn children ie pregnant women. Check it out because you need coverage.
