Me! I went to yoga today and I feel so good. I don't hate my husband. My headache is gone.  The world seems bright and rosy. Yay! It was hard getting there but I am soooo glad that I did. I whined a little whle Gurmukh was going on and on about how we all need to see Sicko  and how she was brainwashed in public schools in the 40s and 50s, but once we stated out practice I forgot all about it. It was so nice dedicating that time in my day to focusing on myself and my daughter with no distractions. When we danced with our children I couldn't stop smiling and kissing DD. I felt great hugging her so close as we bounced and twirled through the room to All we need is love. By the end of the practice I didn't even mind her rant about how we shouldn't vaccinate our children and we shouldn't give them food until a year old and no grains until they have their molars. She might be too famous for her own good, but she is sweet. She means well.
