Poor Customer Service

I was so stoked from my surfing trip today when I got got home to be even more stoked about my babyHawk being there on my porch waiting for me. I was dissapointed to find that it was not the carrier that I had ordered on May 23. It was totally the wrong color. I am so angry. I ordered a carrier with Fish on it at first. Then tree weeks after I placed my order my mei tai still had not arrived. I emailed them(they don't seem to have a number to call) and they said that it was shipped. I said "shouldn't I have gotten a tracking number or something?" They said check the Post Office. Of course the PO had no record of picking up the package. Then they said that they would make me a new one, but they were out of the fabric I wanted. So I picked another one. Now over 3 weeks later I get this ugly sling that I didn't order. I wrote them back that I did not get what I ordered. I hope that they can help me because I don't want to have to call my CC company to get my money back. $90 is a lot to me. I have never had a problem like this before.
