There are instructions for this?

Posted June 7, 2007 at 9:12PM by cosmoblue

I am finally working on sewing my DD's dress for the party on Sunday and I started cutting out all of the pieces and as I am laying them out I am super confused about where all of the pieces go. I feel so beginnerish. I haven't sewn from a commercial pattern in years. I usually make my own and sew my own designs. My patterns all have grainlines on them and never seam allowance. I am actually having to read the pattern info that came in the envelope. It seems weird to me that there are even instructions at all, but I guess it is good because I would have done a completely different way if I hadn't read the stuff. Oh Well, we'll see how it goes.

  Life is crazy but wonderful.

Good luck. I tried to make a dress for daughter with a pattern and just could not figure it out. I gave up.
