Sneaky Ice Pops
Rich in vitamins A and C, potassium, folate, flavonoids, and antioxidants
Some kids just won't eat fruit, or they'll only eat one kind. What I have found is that it's usually the appearance or the texture, not the flavor, which turns them away. By making popsicles with juice from real berries, they will reap the benefit of all of the wonderful nutrients with none of the objectionable texture.
