Prep everything! I start cooking 3 days before hand - and have everything prepared beforehand - Alomst everything can be made ahead of time, pies, mashed potatoes, etc. I thaw out my veggies and have them ready to go to cook. Oh and carve the turkey before it gets to the table. I separate the white and dark onto 2 differnt serving trays. Only in the movies does the carving at the table thing work.
