Thanksgiving tip for moist, tender turkeys

Posted November 16, 2007 at 8:24AM in Sneaky Chef Recipes, Tips and Suggestions by meggars | Back

To keep turkey delectably moist inside but with a delicious skin, rub it all over before roasting with a spread of organic peanut butter mixed with a little garlic and pepper.  The oil in the peanut butter bastes it perfectly, and it does NOT taste like peanuts when it's done.  We've done it for years and get raves about how tender and flavorful the bird is.

  this website is awesome!

I just want to make sure that you know how to submit a tip to the contest. In order to make sure your tip is submitted your tag must be changed. The tag has to be "Thanksgiving Tips Contest", sorry for the inconvenience.

In order to change the tag:

1) go to your home page
2) click the "my posts" link located in your MyBaby profile box.
3) click on the appropriate post
4) then click the edit link towards the top of the post.
