Creamy Chocolate Shake

Why deprive children of delicious milkshakes, if you can use them as a delivery system for some healthy nutrients? Avocado-technically a fruit but with the nutrients of a vegetable- lends a creaminess to this shake and yet it leaves almost no detectable taste beneath the yummy chocolate.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups low-fat chocolate ice cream or frozen yoghurt
- 1/4 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Steps:- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
- Serve in tall glasses with a quick squirt of whipped cream and a straw.
