  Having the time of my life!

Our dog is a Norwegian Elkhound. My husband is part Norwegian and ever since he was little he always wanted one. After our prior dog, who was a German Shephard, had to be put down we asked our vet what breed of dog would be great with kids since we were hoping to have children soon. Our choices were an Elkhound or Golden. He said the Elkhound is terrific with kids. Such a wonderful temperment. And she has definitely lived up to that!
