You should do it before she feels too big and cranky. I suggest around 7 months. Try giving everyone a piece of string they cut that they think will fit around your sisters belly. The closest one wins a chance to babysit! ha ha.

Think about theme of color, or year of the Rat, or old fashion baby tips from your relative. Also have everyone put in their baby name suggestion in a jar and have your sister read them all out loud, best one wins a prize.
