Morning Sickness Advice

Posted April 24, 2008 at 2:17PM in I'm Pregnant! by First_time_mom | Back

I have been having symptoms of morning sickness for 3 days. But whoever named it morning sickness lied. i have it all day long. i can just smell certian foods and it makes me sick. I learned lastnight that my husbands fried  chicken is on the no no list. I have this cream that the doctor gave me to rub on my wrist but it seems to do no good. Anyone have any home remedies?

Try smelling a lemon. That worked with me. Try to keep yourself out of kitchen for a few days( let your husband help you out)if the food smell is bothering you. Keep yourself occupied by watching movies or listening to music( things that will help you relax) forget the fact that you have a morning sickness. let me know if this works :) Good luck !
