I know what you mean. Meal preparationg time is a tough one around here as well. I either try to have them involved in the meal prep. or have the older ones working on their homework, and yes, I do fall back on the tv as well sometimes. It really depends on the day. If I'm feeling patient, thats when they can help. If its been a real stressful day, the television is on.
