Yesterday I was wondering  about the safety of the Brita pitchers.  With the Bisphenol-A scare finally making it's way to the US (about time...), I decided to check it out.  Go here to read about the information the I discovered.  They are indeed safe to use, and in fact have gone through rigorous testing.  We can all drink clean(ish) water now and not worry about getting cancer (that's only written with mild sarcasm, BTW).
