I always found that some symptoms are the same for you period and pregnancy. Did you miss a period? Are you taking any new medications? How many tests did you take? I have found them to be pretty accurate.

I would say wait another day or two and try the tests again...

Repeat the tests a couple of times. If it still shows not pregnant, then you're not pregnant, but there might be something wrong, so go see a doctor.
