For all us unlucky ladies who battle post-baby bulge (and all the dads who put on that darned sympathy weight), spring means shorts...shorts mean skin...skin means flab. I'm doubting I'll be getting that tummy tuck any time soon so I figure I'll have to suck it up and work on my mombod.
Well, dang. Here's what I'm going to do:
1. WALK - I bought myself a secret toy...an ipod. Go girl, go.
2. Drink water. Okay, seltzer with vodka and a twist but hey, better than beer.
3. Bikram yoga- 2x week...I'm commited!

FLAT TUMMY FOODS- ok, I'll never get a flat tummy but whatever, I like guacamole...I'll eat it with cherry tomatoes.
5. Fruits and veggies. Yes Please.
