My son Rhett was born with a cleft lip. We wanted to have his picture taken professionally before he had surgery. We wanted something to remind us of the face we fell in love with. He has since had surgery and is as handsome as ever but his little face is quite a bit different. I will post another picture post surgery soon.

I really love this pic. So Cute. His smile actually covers his cleft lip.

How scary for you that he had to have surgery! Glad he's fine.
