hydrocortizone or anti-itch- especially for the salt water!!! my kids got a rash on their thighs f/ the salt (such pasty white vermont thighs!lol)bandaids kapoectate (?) tylenol benadryl travel teaspoon sunscreen chapstickdiaper ointment (for baby)thermometer
cetaphil cleanser (worked great to wash sand off the rash)sunscreenbronzermake-uphair serumdeep moisturizer (by the beach, very important!)extra conditionerYou could easily pack one for the kids with:sunscreendiaper ointmentaloe gelshampoodetangleretc.
cerealrice crispy treatsgranola bars, not cereal bars!dried fruitfruit leatherpower bars

I love my job, it gives me a break from my kids!
I have some tips for younger kids...Wrap up new dollar store toys, half the fun is unwrapping them.Great insight as usual DB!
