Being a stay at home is not an easy job. In between work I need to make sure that my energy levels do not die --I know its easier said than done. But, no it may be easy if you try some of these tips to energize in between your work. All may not help you but atleast some will.

Getting a massage is such a wonderful treat and really helps me recharge for days.
Woman-to-Woman
A nice woman-to-woman chat allows me to vent, cry, laugh and relate to the goings on of another mom and caregiver.
A Few Stolen Moments
I go to a bookstore with a cafe, have a cup of tea or coffee with some type of dessert, grab a
book or magazine and just relax.
Outside Interests
I am part of the choir at church. We have rehearsal for an hour each Wednesday. I like to sing,
and there are no kids. It's great having something in the middle of the week to look forward to.
In Hot Water
When I'm exhausted and left with no energy after all the days work, I take a quick hot shower and amazing what an effect it has on me.
Comfort Food
I would have a nice nutritious and delicious lunch of salad greens, chicken and some iced sweetened southern tea.
