dishing the dirt, cleaning the chaos

Ok, well this was in the yahoo headlines and I actually think it's a great round-up. I usually don't know where to start so this article will be most helpful--particularly after the summer is over and the jeans/boots/jackets start creeping into the deal.

It's a list from REAL SIMPLE and it covers good steals for fall.

I'd say, if you get stuck like me, start here!

in-text, below:

Fashion Steals for Fall

Make a seamless transition from summer to autumn with 10 smart pieces priced under $80

H&M Pants, $50
They
look like expensive silk shantung, but these pants are actually a
polyester- and-cotton blend. Sharp front pleats and a subtle shimmer
make them a stylish alternative to khakis.
To Buy: hm.com for select locations (available Oct. 20).

Amici Accessories Scarf, $18
An ombre-dyed scarf in a cotton-blend gauze is a lightweight spin on a cozy wool muffler.
To Buy: amiciaccessories.com

Old Navy Heels, $34.50
Say
good-bye to strappy sandals and hello to versatile peep-toes, which
strike the balance between practical (navy patent leather) and playful
(those cute baubles).
To Buy: oldnavy.com for locations.

Simply Vera Vera Wang Tunic, $54
A color-block top in an airy polyester material has a drawstring waist that cinches to a perfect fit.
To Buy: Kohl's, kohls.com

Isaac Mizrahi For Target Dress, $35
Wear
a sleeveless turtleneck dress in stretchy jersey alone when the days
are warm, then add a cardigan and tights as the air grows cooler.
To Buy: target.com

Old Navy Handbag, $29.50
The
neutral tones of this slick patent-leather tote will let it segue
easily as you move from summer brights to rich autumnal shades.
To Buy: oldnavy.com for locations.

American Eagle Outfitters Blazer, $59.50
Not
chilly enough for wool or leather? A hefty cotton-twill blazer will
keep breezes at bay - and the refined cut makes it office-ready.
To Buy: ae.com for locations.

Lands' End Corduroys, $39.50
Somewhere on the fabric spectrum between heavy tweed and light cotton lives corduroy, the perfect medium (here in a deep teal).
To Buy: landsend.com

Timberland Loafers, $80
Much like trusty flip-flops, these leather-and-suede loafers with rubber soles offer slip-on ease and all-day comfort.
To Buy: www.timberland.com for locations.

Ann Taylor Loft Shirt, $46
Bridge the gap between flirty summertime tops and more serious duds with a ruffled cotton shirt in a feminine floral.
To Buy: anntaylorloft.co
