Goofing around with my babies - Big and Lil
For me it did not last very long because my mother helped me with all the household work and also took care of the baby.Try the following steps.1. Sleep when your baby sleeps.2.Ask for help. Let a neighbor make you dinner. Have your mother-in-law watch the baby while you sleep, shop, exercise or take a bath.3.Share your feelings with other women.4.Join a support group5.Exercise.6.Take time to look good7.Eat right.8.Buy a book about postpartum depression and read it.

I love my job, it gives me a break from my kids!
Don't keep it yourself. The more we talk about it the less stigma it will have. It's happens to most Moms. http://www.mybaby.com/Journal/Sticky_Mommy/Item/2501/I_just_ruined_my_life_after_the_birth_of_my_1st.htm
