I was talking to my sweetie yesterday about a crock pot meal, but wasn't getting excited about the same ol' carrots, meat and 'taters. The pork one got me! I'm trying it tomorrow after my grocery store weekly run. (It's weekly or I spend too much going more frequently. Budgets, ya know.)
