OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES THIS IS A CONTEST. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter this contest. TIP REQUIREMENTS:The subject matter should be appropriate to the reason for submission. HOW TO ENTER:
Unlimited entries per household allowed. Submission of the entry shall constitute entrant's grant to MyWebGrocer, Associated Food Stores, Lowes Foods, Wakefern Food Corp., and ShopRite ("Sponsor") to the exclusive right to reproduce, publish (in any media including online media), and to use in any other fashion, including, but not necessarily limited to, mybaby.com, newsletters, circulars, etc.; and to edit, use, transfer or sell, in perpetuity at no charge to MyWebGrocer, Associated Food Stores, Lowes Foods, Wakefern Food Corp., or ShopRite and without additional compensation the entry or likeness of entrant for all commercial purposes.
All entries must be received by 12 Noon on 7/16/2008 in order to be eligible to
win the Contest. WINNERS: Three (3) grand prize winners will be chosen for each monthly contest; one (1) from the ShopRite stores, one (1) from Lowes Foods and one (1) from MyWebGrocer. All winners are selected by the MyBaby community based on the most votes (love-its/stars) for each entry. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE VALUE: Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded. ShopRite.winner, Lowes Foods. and a MyWebGrocer winner - the winner from the ShopRite stores will receive a $100 ShopRite Gift Card. The winner selected from Lowes Foods will receive 25,000 greenpoints and the MyBaby.com winner will receive a $50 Baby Gap gift card. Gift Cards and greenpoints are not exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash and are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions of use as listed on gift card. PRIZE WINNER ACCEPTANCE: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, entry. Sponsor decision as to the precise manner in which they may use an entry and/or a winner's name, shall be final and binding. ENTRIES: No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. MyWebGrocer is not responsible for any late, damaged or lost entries due to failure of network servers, phone lines or other technical breakdowns on the web, the Internet or elsewhere (including without limitation delays or non-delivery of mail) of any kind. GENERAL RULES OF CONTEST: The Contest is monthly and will begin and end on the set dates determined by MyBaby.com. Contest winners will be notified by e-mail at the end of each month. The selection of the winner will be based on the amount of votes received and therefore, all results are final. The selection criteria for determining the winning entries are based on what the MyBaby.com community deems worthy. The winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release within 30 days of attempted notification. Failure to return these documents within the time specified or the return of the notification marked undeliverable will result in disqualification of the entry and selection of an alternate winner by the Panel. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Entries become the sole property of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest, or disqualify any entrant who violates any of the Official Rules or attempts to interfere with the promotion in any manner. All copyright rights of the winning entries belong to Sponsor. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the contest or Official Rules. By being selected as a winner in this contest, winner agrees to discharge, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless all Sponsors, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and the respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, employees, associates, successors, agents, and assigns of all of the above from any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees and expenses) that the winner, their executors, successor in interest, administrators, and assigns may now have or in the future have or acquire on account of any injury, loss, disability, death or other physical, mental, or financial damage of whatever kind or nature arising in whole or in part from or in connection with the possession, use, misuse or acceptance of a prize. SPECIAL TERMS: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any entries. No inappropriate, indecent or obscene photographs/tips may be submitted to MyBaby.com for entry into the Contest or submitted for display on the MyBaby.com website. Sponsor will use its best efforts to exclude any such photographs/tips or captions; however, Sponsor is not a publisher of the photographs/tips; it is merely providing a forum for the display of these photographs/tips for voting purposes and, therefore, Sponsor expressly disclaims any and all liability associated with the display of any of the photographs/tips on the MyBaby.com website. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ENTRANT: Entrant represents and warrants to Sponsor, its affiliates and its advertising sponsors that: (a) he/she is over 18 years of age and a legal resident of the U.S. (b) he/she is not a resident of Puerto Rico; (c) he/she is the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photograph submitted; (d) he/she has all of the rights and authority necessary to submit the photograph for entry in the Contest in compliance with these Rules, including the right to publish the photograph, and the right to grant the Promotion Release set forth herein below; (e) the publication of the photograph will not infringe on the rights of any third party; (f) he/she knows the birth date of the child in the photograph; and (g) the photograph submitted has not been digitally, or otherwise, altered.

PROMOTION RELEASE: By submitting an entry and participating in the Contest, entrant, for him/herself and on behalf of the child, irrevocably transfers, grants and assigns to Sponsor, its affiliates and its respective successors, assigns, and licensees, the right worldwide and in perpetuity, to use the name, likeness, image and photographs, including any reproductions of same, in any and all media including, without limitation, use on the MyBaby.com website in connection with the Contest or other promotions, for any advertising or promotional purposes without additional compensation, and releases Sponsor and any entity acting on behalf of Sponsor from any liability with respect thereto. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor, its affiliates and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, its respective successors, assigns, agencies and licensees are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified, or for other problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic, whatever the cause. Only fully completed entry forms actually received by Sponsor are eligible for Contest entry. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor's sole responsibility for any irregular entry is replacement with another entry in the Contest. If a potential winning entry is made by Internet, that potential winner may be required to provide Great American with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the registered information associated with the potential winning entry. LEGAL WARNING: Any attempt by any individual, whether or not an entrant, to damage, destroy, tamper with or vandalize the Contest and/or the MyBaby.com Website, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Contest, is a violation of criminal and civil law and Sponsor will diligently pursue any and all remedies in this regard against any offending individual or entity to the fullest extent permissible by law and in equity.
