Sneaky ways to get your kids to eat better

Think of snacks as “mini-meals” and try to provide a balance of protein, complex carbohydrates and good fats. For example, fruit paired with a slice of low fat cheese and a handful of almonds will provide for more sustained energy than fruit alone.
